Download, complete and send your transcript to me.

The high school transcript is a copy of your academic record. You complete the proforma document and send it to us - we will print it on headed paper, sign it, stamp it and scan it as a pdf. Paper and digital copies will be kept in your file, and we will upload the pdf to the commonapp for you. We will automatically upload a second copy, titled 'Midterm transcript', to the commonapp in the January of your year 13. On A Level results day I will ask you to email me a revised version of the transcript modified to accommodate your final grades and the title 'Final Transcript'. We will email this version direct to your university as a pdf. Some universities still like good old paper, so hard copies will be available for you to collect and post / take with you from the day after A Level results day. To get started, download the attached word document, fill it in and email it to DCSixthForm@dubaicollege.org. When emailing it back, please bear in mind that I am getting old and the formatting is a pain, so send it as an attachment, rather than sharing it - thanks!
